Drake can provide comfort cooling in tight spaces or over long distances without compromising quality.

Comfort cooling chillers eliminate the need for difficult refrigerant plumbing – all the refrigerant is contained entirely inside the chiller housing. Inexpensive, easy to use, and environmentally safe fluids plumb over long distances and multiple air handlers. Both standard air- and water-cooled chillers deliver the comfort cooling capabilities of air handlers, fan coils, and more. We focus on making chillers with single-phase power, capable of handling over 10 tons of cooling.

These comfort cooling chillers are designed especially for large residences, such as apartment complexes, condominium communities, and mansions. Commercial applications include casinos and even marine applications. We offer options that are not available in other comfort cooling chillers such as custom sizes, custom dimensions, low ambient protection, and redundancy options.
